WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. If an item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong order please use the "Contact" page for possible refund or exchange.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days. This processing time is at the amount of days that it takes to package and send your orders out.
HOW DO I BURN THE CANDLE FOR THE BEST SCENT?
Trim your wick approximately 1/4 inches before each use/burn. Burn your candle for 2-3hrs on first use to prevent tunneling to receive a good hot throw. Use for a maximum of 4hrs for each use. DO NOT BURN CANDLE MORE THAN 48HRS AT A TIME TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE CANDLE.
